Deed of sale between Johnson, his wife, Susan and William Samuel Johnson for lands situated in the towns of Andes and Delhi in Delaware County, N.Y. being part of great lot number 38 in the Hardenbergh Patent. Also includes a map of part of great lot number 38 of the Hardenbergh Patent laid out in farm lots by Jehu Burr in 1805.
